Discovery Kits ship via vetted premium carriers. 100% of the kit cost is credited back to your first institutional order to offset initial provisioning costs.

Formulation Intelligence?

PureSurface is for daily maintenance; PureCleanse Pro is our high-performance concentrate engineered for heavy soil and commercial resets.

The Bottle Library?

Professional hardware is sold in standardized Sets of 4 to maintain systemic consistency. Triggers and caps are available separately.

Subscription Priority?

To support facility consistency, Subscription orders ship within 3 business days of payment via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Cancellations & Edits?

To ensure our priority shipping timeline, all changes must be made 15 days in advance of your next payment.

Restocking Fees?

Cancellations or modification requests made within the 15-day window will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Risk of Loss Policy?

Mama Be Clean LLC is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to UPS or FedEx.

Logistics & Insurance?

A mandatory $5.00 Transit Insurance fee is applied to all professional rates. This allows the carrier to provide coverage for damage or loss incurred during transit.

Facility Receiving?

It is the responsibility of the facility to ensure a secure receiving area. MBC is not responsible for theft or damage occurring after carrier delivery confirmation.
