Thank you for choosing Mama Be Clean. Each of our products is handmade to order in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive the wrong item or if an item arrives damaged due to our packaging methods, please contact us at mamabeclean@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Mama Be Clean is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier. However, we understand how frustrating this can be, so we do purchase shipping insurance on all orders.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to mishandling by the carrier, we are happy to file an insurance claim on your behalf. Please reach out to us as soon as possible and include photos of the package and items (if applicable) to help us process the claim efficiently.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
