At Mama Be Clean, every product is handmade to order in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. Because of this, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

During sales, holidays, or supply chain delays, processing times may be extended — we’ll always do our best to communicate.

Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on location and seasonal volume.
🔒 Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages
All shipments include shipping insurance.
While Mama Be Clean is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS, we are happy to file a claim on your behalf and assist in resolving the issue.
If any damage occurs due to our packaging methods, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
🛍️ Local Pickup Available
We offer free local pickup for customers in our area.
Just select Local Pickup at checkout and you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
Please note: We do not offer local delivery at this time.
